National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners.  The goal is to heighten crime prevention awareness, build support and participation in local anti-crime programs, and most importantly, send a message that our neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.  It’s also the perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbors even better.  SEE YOU THERE!

The Pool is closed today due to fecal contamination last night.
Also, it is very disappointing to know children in our subdivision have been vandalizing the mens restroom with a sharpie drawing graphic pictures and contaminating the pool purposefully.
Please keep an eye on your children.

GOOD AFTERNOON: The Preliminary Hearing on the Monarch rate case has been set for Wednesday, June 25, 2014.  The hearing will be held in the building that houses to the PUC and Railroad Commission, William B. Travis Building, beginning at 10:00 am.
As you may know, the city has hired legal counsel to represent Amberwood and Indian Paint Brush.  However, legal counsel will continue to require our support.  We are needing a few volunteers to testify, if any of you can make yourself available it would be greatly appreciated.  It should only take a couple of hours.
Please remember, if we do not fight the rate increase ,our rates can be increased substantially.
